Monday:
Downtown RV Park/Watson Lake/Yukon/Canada
We needed a day off from driving, so we are parked here for the second day. If you've been to Watson Lake, Yukon, then you realize it is known for it's interesting Sign Forest, which hosts 71,795 signs to date. See photos!
I have enjoyed cooking today...that's right...enjoyed. I guess I like cooking because I like eating...ha! I think we are stocked up on some easy meals now. This really helps when we are driving daily. We went to the grocery but things are so expensive here (as you can imagine they would be) that we decided to just get a few highly desired foods, and wait for the rest until we are in a more populated area. Stan noticed that Breyers ice cream was priced at $11.99! The produce was not so high, so I bought some of that at least, and some much needed flour. Not sure how people around here cope with these prices on an ongoing basis.
Today's photos are titled: It's a Sign
They can be seen on the right under British Columbia/Yukon/Canada
