Live streaming www.obmcc.org  We are enjoying having the option of viewing our church's service live, so that was our church choice again today.  This evening we went out to a local restaurant that was suggested by the locals called Benten Pub and Grille and enjoyed a nice meal there.

This area is so much like our home in Auglaize County, Ohio, that we feel right at home here.  In fact, we have heard that a number of people from the same area of Germany as New Knoxville's early settlers (Stan's home town has German roots) settled in this region...both in Minnesota and Iowa.   Case in point, a couple from Minnesota visited our village in Ohio years ago, to reconnect with some relatives in our village.

Photo Explanation:  This blog is to capacity where I post the head photos, so the photo of the Badlands will have to see us home unless we find a way around it.  So far we can still add to the photos on the column on the right...so I posted one under the heading of Minnesota/Iowa.  I'm trying to save photo space for our visit with our son in Chicago next weekend, so the blog photo section is on 'economy mode' for now.  Today, there is one photo on the right, under Minnesota/Iowa.
