Yosemite National Park/CA

Those of you who have toured Yosemite know just how outstanding it is.  This is our first visit here… I always try to envision the places we are going to and they are never quite what I expect.  This appeared to me to be mainly a flat valley surrounded by mountains.  We did drive up in the higher elevations, but found the scenery looking up towards the mountains to be just as fascinating.  The park was brimming with people today…the skies were crystal clear much bluer than the pictures show…also the temps were really great for being outdoors.  I thought the park was very people friendly too…we have great memories to bring home of this visit.

The photos will tell the story of our day…two of the pics will show a solitary deer and a black bear…both of which we saw on our drive out of the park at about 4:00. …photos posted when we leave the wilderness.
