Wednesday:
Lunch at Pikes Market/Seattle/Washington
We returned to Seattle today,  and at least started out in partly sunny dry weather...although, it was starting to drizzle by the time we headed home.  We located The Farmers Market and enjoyed seeing what it was all about.  It was very interesting...and much like I had envisioned it, since it's been on TV and seen in magazines.  What I didn't realize was that there are many levels under the main floor...lots of shops offering this and that for sale.  There was live music and visual artists work and much good quality fresh seafood.  I felt there was a good mood there...and it was only a little crowded on the main floor where all the prime items were for sale.  We decided on a seafood restaurant at the market and each enjoyed a bowl of soup.  I tried a new soup...Salmon Vegetable...and found it tasted about like standard vegetable soup...which in my book is a delicious meal!
