Saturday:
We finally had a deliciously warm sun-bright day! We took another day off at the campground to enjoy the beautiful weather at our whim. We considered driving some of the route to Skagway again to see it in this amazing lighting rather than the fog we had on the first drive, but decided not to spend the heart of the day traveling again. Instead we puttered around Whitehorse again. We watched a film of the history of the town and checked out a restored paddle boat named the Klondike on display. Everybody uptown seemed to be enjoying these great temps, especially being the weekend...we felt it was well deserved by the locals after enduring their Yukon winter!
