Dawson Creek Christian Missionary Alliance/Dawson Creek/British Columbia/Canada
We attended an Alliance church and enjoyed meeting and worshiping again with some of our Canadian neighbors.

Dawson Creek Historic Village:
Adjacent to the campground is this historic village which accounts for the photos.  It was a nice little place to explore.

MVPA Alaska Highway Convoy...The Trail of "42":
When we returned to the campground, we found a number of additions to the convoy (mentioned yesterday) had arrived.  Stan and I walked around the grounds and enjoyed chatting with a number of them.  We talked to the owner of the vehicle on the head photo.  It was actually used in the building of the highway, and it took him three years to locate it and get it in usable condition for the trip.  There will be about 97 vehicles in this convoy by the time they leave late next week and there are participants from nations other than Canada and the US.... Germany and Austrailia were two that were mentioned.   I think this group will have lots of stories to tell by the time their tour of Alaska is complete.  They are one adventurous group and we wish them all safe and happy trails...God bless.  www.airhighways.com/advroads.htm
