Tok RV Village/Tok/Alaska
The Tok Cutoff  Highway was full of some of the biggest frost heaves we've encountered so far.  It was one slow and bumpy ride today!  The scenery was interesting and scenic in places, but evolved into a more ordinary flat forested area for much of the drive.  We have been here in Tok before, since it's along the main route in and out of Alaska.  We have been looking forward to a nice meal at Fast Eddie's Restaurant (it's a much nicer place than it sounds) and we were, again, very pleased with the meal.  It's a busy place for good reason.  Even though the drive was an effort today, the 'carrot' of a relaxing dinner at Fast Eddies made it a worth the ride.
