Tuesday:
Hart Ranch Resort/Rapid City/South Dakota
This area is so rich in tourist destinations, we (unanimously) decided to stay in range of these options and see more.  Today was 'laundry morning'.....the afternoon was reserved for Rushmore Mall, after which we shopped for groceries and dined out. Again we had a sunny day and ideal temps.

A side note:  I didn't mention it at the time, but Saturday, when we were just starting back to our RV from The Crazy Horse Memorial, we ran into a major traffic tie up.  We were only a few miles from Crazy Horse so that's when we decided to turn around and go back there and eat at their restaurant on premises.  Unfortunately we heard on the news later that evening that it was Wynonna Judd's husband, "Cactus", that was seriously injured.  He was driving a motorcycle and she was in a separate vehicle ahead of him, they say.  They said his leg was severed as a result of the accident, and we saw the helicopter landing that care flighted him. Mercifully, we weren't near the accident....therefore, we didn't realize who it was at the time.  Prayers go out for them all.
